The hotel itself and the staff and breakfast were all amazing. Very friendly

staff, lovely wide variety of food for breakfast, and very spacious rooms. I especially appreciated how accommodating everyone was, though the hotel could benefit from some soundproofing in the hallway.

Straight facts, no fluff

A terrific stay! The King Studio was spacious and clean. Breakfast had great variety, with excellent service from the staff, especially Ms. Cindy, who brightened everyone’s morning. Plus, having real dinnerware made it feel special. Just wished the elevators were easier to navigate. All in all, solid experience!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and the variety of morning breakfast options available! !

I truly appreciated how spacious and well-lit the common areas were, making it easy for me to navigate. The design felt modern yet welcoming, which enhanced my overall comfort during my stay.

More shaded seating around the pool would improve comfort.

Recommend it for families needing space

The breakfast was really good , it had healthy options that my wife enjoyed. Also, the top floor view was great , made our stay feel special.

It wasn’t cheap , but still acceptable for the quality.

For a foodie like me, Pensacola didn’t disappoint! I hit the local taco joint, Taqueria El Asador, and it was a fiesta in my mouth! Also, loved the room size in the King Studio, perfect for chilling with some takeout. The breakfast spread was awesome too, definitely my jam!

On the flip side, we had a circus upstairs with kids running around! Honestly, keep the kiddos on the first floor, please. And don't get me started on the bathroom door. sliding doors just ain't it!

pleasant stay but some room for improvement

Angela the night clerk offered exceptional service with genuine kindness. The staff's warmth carried over to the breakfast area where it was maintained excellently and made for a delightful start to my day. The room, a Studio Suite with Two Queen Beds, was spacious and served my family's needs quite well.

However, the bathroom sliding door was a bit inconvenient for our family dynamics.

The room was super clean with a modern look, and I loved the full kitchen for cooking meals. Plus, the pool area was well-maintained and inviting.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The King Studio Suite was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax during our stay. The breakfast variety was impressive, with freshly made options that catered to all tastes, which made mornings delightful. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing, especially during the night.

Would recommend for short visits

Amazing staff, delicious breakfast. I had the pleasure to meet Ms. Cindy, the breakfast chef, who was incredibly helpful with my choices, and the free wi-fi in the rooms is a fantastic perk.

Inadequate cleanliness in rooms contributed to a less than pleasant experience!!! Poor water pressure in showers made for uncomfortable rinsing moments!!! Limited parking options caused frustrations upon arrival!!! Noise issues from traffic disturbed relaxation attempts!!!
